So I got an ultrawide monitor to sit centre between two normal 16:9 monitors. This gives a total resolution of 6400x1080.
First thing I did was go to DCS settings, change resolution to 6400x1080, 3 screens etc. Loaded the game and first impressions were good but then I realised about 2 inches in from each side of the centre screen there is two vertical lines where the image seems to change. Presumably 6400 is divided by 3 and splits the image into three. But why is there this weird distortion outside of these two lines? Am I right that this strange effect is also some way the game accounts for the physical angle between the displays? Link below shows you what I mean. It's actually not that noticeable until you see it. Look at the kink in horizon at each edge of centre screen if you're struggling to see it.

Anyway I've done a load of reading up and it sounds like having 3 different screen aspect ratios, and running Nvidia hardware means it's no simple task to fix this problem. I've tried to follow a few ideas and instructions where you mess around with Custom Resolutions on NVidia control panel, SRWE, Magnifier etc. but I'm unable to achieve the result I really want.
One thing I ended up with was single screen, windowed mode at 6400x1080 (a little less) but the images on two side screens looked really distorted. I'd rather put up with the weird thing above than this!
I know you can get into and edit all the graphic settings in windows explorer and notepad. Does anyone have any ideas to make my set up work well? Things I can modify such as aspect ratios of each screen, angle between screens, FOV etc etc. ?
