After disabling Deepguard on Fsecure Antivirus DCS started launching again, thanks for the tip.

First DCS was not launching, so I tried to do full repair a couple of times which didn't fix the issue. Then I decided to uninstall DCS, after the uninstall I removed all of the leftover files. When installing again I get a warning saying "Can't find the file (2)". But when I press ok on the warning it does install, however, DCS still doesn't launch after installation is complete. I have updated my GPU drivers, and Windows to the latest version. All anti-virus was turned off.
