2.5.6 i cant even get into the setting the game is at 3 fps from the start

I have a ryzen 5 3600x 16 gb ddr4 @ 3600mhz downloaded on to a 500gb ssd and i have a rx5700 xt

my fps on the dcs launcher is horrendous and unusable I am getting 3 fps constantly ive tried reinstalling and nothing changed any help would be appreciated
