Magically, the Marianas appeared. I disabled and enabled the DLC in my steam account and now I can use it. Weird, but works now.

I am still having issues using the Marianas on my Steam DCS version. I have it in my bought DLC list, but it is still starting the game when I clock on Download Is it released for stable release (2.7.3) or do I need to switch to open-beta_something. On Standalone stable 2.7.3 it is working and I could have a look with the mission editor.
