The trick is -> Do not look at the fuel boom!
Level slightly below the tanker and move forward until you are connected.
Train to get connected and you will get a feeling about how high / low you have to be. This results in "seesaw" will be lesser and longer connections.
Next step, night training-lessions ;)

With a wingmen, i flew this mission yesterday again. There are several open points now ;)
- Is it possible to have a worse weather till the end of the mission?
- Night-Version of the Mission
- Is there a failure indicatior
- When will version 2.0 released?
All in all, the more i fly this mission, the more i like the way its made! :beer:

What a mess. Some people can´t stop flying DCS A-10 like a arcarde game... :D

...how is the mouse look on the throttle plus zoom key compared to that? I am hoping it makes looking around feel more natural!
Due to it´s sensitivity, at the beginning, you have to accustom into the controlling of the view. But after that and with the use of the Rotary 2 (zoom) + view-center-button, it is very easy to use.
The only disadvantage in regards to the TrackIR is, that you can not move the position of the view with the hands on the stick ;)

I think that even without a dynamic campain, with the release of a F-16 module, DCS would reach a lot good and old Falcon-Veterans.
And in combination, with the KA-50, the A-10 and a F-16 module, the DCS-Series would become unbeatable in the whole sim market.

How many of the buttons are changed in that profile? I've got my keys set just the way I like them now.
The profil uses standard keylayout.

Additionaly, check whether you use the latest drivers including the propper xBit Version.
Beyond that, and for the use of the rudder, try to create deathzones and configure the joystick behavior in DCS itself.
