So many thanks again to everyone who tried to help me, especially FLAPPIE and the EA team who processed the support request no. 146511. There were lots of tips but nothing helped in the end.
I fixed the problem today by taking advantage of Black Friday and buying a new PC 😄
My laptop is now hopelessly outdated. Anyway, thanks for the help for the guy with the old hardware 😉
