To start, I will list off my PC specs. at least the ones I believe to be the most relevant. A Nvidia 2070 graphics card (I cant remember if its rtx or gtx) An intel I7 processor I have 32 gigs of RAM DCS and all of its components are on its own SSD I am using the multi-thread version Every time I open the jester menu, it causes terrible lag spikes. It doesn't matter if I am on the ground or in the air at 20,000 feet. I have tried it on the lowest settings and it makes no discernable difference for me compared to my normal settings. It makes it unplayable to attempt to use the jester menu, at any point, for any reason while playing until I close the menu. Which results in a very choppy experience and can be quite frustrating. Especially when you try to struggle through the chop and start having to defend or something. Which then if the chop doesn't stop, you wind up smashing into the ground in a play by play experience if whatever you're defending doesn't get you first. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or info or anything would be greatly appreciated!

So I'm playing through the campaign, and have gotten to the 4th mission. No matter what I do, the engine keeps shutting off shortly after I start rolling for takeoff and its throwing the DC GEN lights, and the Oil Pressure light. Its very rainy and over cast in the mission and the jet starts hot. Is there anything I can do besides skipping the mission? I'm really starting to think the thing isn't rated for all weather conditions. Anything helps!

Now I know it seems weird considering we have high tech stuff like F-18s and F-16s and that this is a trainer. But I love the light ground attack role this thing offers and I've had fun with it all day long. I think it would be awesome to fly it with other people who feel the same way. What I'm looking for: US Based or running on CST/EST Speaks mainly English

The Ka-50, I don't think we have anyone who is capable of teaching that airframe. I have it, it's a pain to me but I will at least put an effort in to learn with you. As for the Eurojets, we don't have an established squadron for those ONLY because no one currently in the Tigers shows interest in them. We're even open to Russian aircraft. Were you meaning me or the other guy? If you mean me, Yes! I just haven't made the squadrons yet since no one in the group shows interest.

The Flying Tigers (virtual Carrier Air Wing 5 renamed) is pretty casual. Discord link in the forum post. Mostly we fly on those uncoordinated servers but coordinate with each other. I am experimenting with making missions, so soon we might have one mission a week. We have two squadrons currently, the A-10C II and the F/A-18C but were interested in opening others.
