Problem Solved: ATI Crossfire
As I have two ATI RX 580 video cards my system was running in Crossfire mode. The solution to this graphical problem was simple: Disable Crossfire support in the Radeon application desktop program. Once disabling this feature, the graphical issues immediately corrected themselves. Prior to 2.7.3 having Crossfire enabled albeit not in use never caused this issue. Once 2.7.3 was released the problem became apparent and as such; the aforementioned solution worked.
