Who cares if you can use a module as standalone? Get DCS World, get the module you want and have fun. But... if you consider getting A-10A to start with, think about getting Flaming Cliffs 3. There you have some more Aircrafts to fly and get used to DCS World. Imo, its the best set to start with DCS World.

Ok, i got it. Here is what happened. I installed a new SSD and installed DCS World on it. I also reinstalled my Win7 after Win8 wasn't running as expected on my raid system. So I installed DCS World, A10C and FC3. But, i never activated A10C cause i never started it. But the system asked for the serial of the A10. FC3 was activated manually as written in my post above. Strange, but finally it works :-)

Same issue here Edit: Solved it by activating manually. Just execute fc3_protect.exe and activate it Edit2: Not working, when i start the game, i will be asked for the serial again. My Serial is trash, cannot play the sim
