  1. I read the information that some kind of settlement was reached last year. At the same time, I know that Razbam told ED to stop selling their full-fidelty modules. I read the ED will support the Razbam modules as best as they can. Will we know, at a time in the future, if the agreement between the companies means that Razbam resumes selling their modules and providing regular monthly updates?
  2. Wanting and waiting for planned full-fidelty modules is frustrating. We might say, "We want it and we want now!" Virtual flyers want to experience the fun and instant gratification. In the meantime, we wait for Heatblur to do their work. When they say something is planned, they do considerable work, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure their product goals are reached. Waiting for the vetted finished product will give many hours of enjoyment When I read Heatblur's latest update, they said they are working on the Eurofighter. It also sounds like the A-6 would either be released after the Eurofighter or around the same time as the full-fidelty module.
  3. @TonyRS The T-45 is a free mod you can download and play.
  4. @Oban When there is a private disagreement between businesses, which one aired grievances, became public interest in DCS community. For a problem to persistent over a year, something seems amiss. Razbam airs an announcement on X or in discord while ED stays silent. Two CEOs that have been in business together for years can't solve their problems? This situation is not passing the smell test. Also, people who purchased Razbam's modules do not know if their planes might be deprecated from the DCS platform or not. What is done in darkness eventually comes to light. In the meantime, it is a matter of waiting to see what happens next.
  5. Since ED has not released any new updates, there is likely more than is being revealed. I agree with everyone expressing the frustration over the lack of clarity. Using gossip and questionable sources for questionable information is not managing customers' expectations.
  6. While the outcome, if it is true, is not what we hoped for, we know where we stand and can move forward. I find it odd, even strange, that RZ and ED could not solve their differences. Perhaps egos and pride might have been factors.
  7. The final action we can, or likely to, expect is for Razbam's modules to be fully deprecated for the DCS website. What will also give us closure and resolution is when we hear something official from ED.
  8. @AndyJWest We are in a long term "wait and see" situation. Save for ongoing circular arguments we read on this forum topic and the passage of time, we are likely to see the persistent stalemate.
  9. @NineLine You are keeping us in suspense. We want to share in the fun the beta testers experienced. Once a release date is revealed, I am certain the mig-29 will be very popular. Mike Force Team
  10. @Hammer1-1 At this point in time, I would say that ED might cut Razbam loose and end the relationship. If the two companies can't solve the prolonged stalemate, then time to go their separate ways.
  11. @Beirut Yes, the ongoing saga will continue.
  12. Along with continuing discussions, we should see the familiar circular arguments. Additionally, we are likely to see this prolonged disagreement proceed at the pace of a standstill. Phew, now we can rest on our laurels.
  13. However the dispute ends, there is one likelihood. BN AND 9L don't have to monitor and respond to this forum. All of the posts would likely be locked and archived.
  14. I watched short videos on YouTube showing people flying the Mig-29 at a flight sim convention. The cockpit setup was impressive. The virtual pilot seemed to really enjoy flying the full-fidelty module.
  15. @BIGNEWY I know it has worked but we miss seeing new enhancements We miss seeing Razbam creating a new YouTube video announcements. I always enjoyed their videos because they were well made. Razbam is the only developer that is not holding up to their end of the service agreement.
  16. @BIGNEWY I know it has worked but we miss seeing new enhancements We miss seeing Razbam creating a new YouTube video announcements. I always enjoyed their videos because they were well made. Razbam is the only developer that is not holding up to their end of the service agreement.
  17. @BIGNEWY We also worry that the Razbam's modules might stop working. While we know ED is supporting the modules, we are disappointed because we have not received monthly updates. As part of the purchase, we would normally expect timely updates.
  18. @NineLine The news, be it credible or dubious, gives us inspiration for a resolution. We know RB and ED have been in years together but the ongoing dispute leaves us wondering what will happen. The frustration surfaces from time to time.
  19. @MiG21bisFishbedL The Eurofighter will have the Europeans, especially the Getmans, celebrating its arrival. After, others on the other side of the Big Pond will celebrate the Intruder. Mike Force Team
  20. @Porco Rosso There has not been any information on the A-6. The Eurofighter is likely the next one to appear. After, the Intruder might be forthcoming. Heatblur has not said anything new lately.
  21. @rob10 I know the Razbam's and ED's disagreement has left a sour taste in our mouths. Due to the lack of official information, aside from RB saying they are not getting paid, the business relationship seems beyond strained. My impression that the relationship could cease because the dispute has been going on for over a year.
  22. @GUCCI The lack of an official response from ED means we continue a practice. The practice is being patient. RB made some wonderful and extremely popular full-fidelty modules. Yet for reasons we still do not fully understand, we see the disagreement proceed at the pace of a standstill. RB's radio silence for public commentary, besides saying they have not been paid, causes us to wonder what some people were thinking.
  23. We have not read anything from RZ. The vague information seems to suggest to the prolonged disagreement is still ongoing. When BN says there is no comment, I conclude we will be waiting some more.
  24. I bet the "agreement" includes a NDA. Hopefully, ED will give us an official response. Ultimately, we want the updates to resume and focus on positive outcomes.
  25. The Discord links are no good. I am saying the links are expired. Mike Force Team
