Sam77: yes, this seems to be a regular comment regarding Win 7,due to the security mechanisms the OS implements regarding the Program Files folders. I am using my D:\ drive for sims and haven't had any problems so far. Thanks.

I've ordered the initial LO-MAC CD version as I understand installation of that is a prerequisite. I believe Flaming Cliffs 2 is the latest version of the complete sim. In order to upgrade to FC2 I know that I need the LO-MAC initial version installed. Do I have to also install the 'unofficial' first FC upgrade before the FC2 upgrade or can I install FC2 over LO-MAC? Also are there any other patches required after the FC2 install? Second question - I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. Which version of the Flaming Cliffs upgrade(s) do I need - the CD version or the download version? Final question - there seems to be a somewhat complicated verification system required. Can someone briefly outline how this operates? TIA
