Stick issue it seems, weird that it persited after deleting the paddle bind in the settings. Paddle released also is a button on the stick and that got bound instead of paddle pressed.

Seems it was triggered by starting the WinWing software - DCS Repair was the only thing that helped.
Restarted WinWing ProSim and removed the Cockpit Builder Plugin and another DCS Repair was necessary.
Since then the problem disappeared.
No bug from DCS side it seems
