@feefifofumThanks for the effort, been having an overall blast with the Campaign (pun intended). Just to add (and probably you are already aware and took care of it), seems that all the runway takeoff from the unintended side is for the missions located in Kutaisi (starts on mission 9 maybe?). As mentioned somewhere else, seems the wind is too low and ATC defaults to use runway 25 instead of 07. The fix is intended for stable or to OB first? any date you can share?
