To those that can make a change; The Mig-21bis's ability to pick out targets below it's altitude and lock, "it's look-down shoot-down capability" is far beyond inaccurate. Then the R3R's capability to hold that lock, then hit a target well below it's altitude in DCS is far beyond the capability of the real life missiles ability. Please take a look at this and let's reign in this huge inaccuracy in the mig-21/r3r's ability. Not even trying to be semi-accurate here.

Folks, With the latest patch, I all of the sudden am unable to click on "File", "View", "Edit" or "Flight" in the top left of my mission editor. Never had this issue before. I've tried the repair and clean tool inside the editor, but nothing seems to help the issue. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sir, In 20 years of flying tactical aircraft I heard every single cuss word you can imagine. C-21As, C-130E/H-1/H-2, C-130J, MC-130J. More deployments than I'd like to admit. Central/South America, Europe, Africa and of course the middle-east---tooooo much middle-east. I've been shot at on a handful of occasions, made the right tactical call (not perfect but the right call) and cussed like a sailor afterwords....maybe even during. I honestly can't remember. Cuss words over the radio? No. Cuss words on the ICS......lol, A TON!!!!! I'm sorry sir, but in my humble opinion cussing is a part of the military mindset, right or wrong (its wrong imho), it is. And by the way, I am a 110% God Fearing Christian Man. However, I would not shove my viewpoint down anyone's throat. Everyone has to come to their own decision as to what path they take in life. Ok thanks. I have my pagefile set to system managed. I see from the video that you can set a maximum and minimum pagefile size. Even though the gentleman making the video does not specify, I believe he is talking about maximum and minimum RAM value settings? If so, I have 64 GB of RAM, is it necessary to set a max and min setting for such a large amount of RAM. Or is my default system managed setting ok?

Hi Czar, Any mission at all. Whether it's a designed mission I made myself or in PVE or in PVP. In the last 48 hours if I pull up the bombing table it crashes DCS. New issue with the F-4E for me on DCS. I've used the bombing table (control B to bring it up) the last month with no issues. Then, all of the sudden, in the last 36 hours if I bring up the bombing table to input data my system immediately crashes. At no other point am I having issues, everything else is running smoothly. Hey Folks, Hope I'm posting this question in the right forum. Having trouble with mission building/planning. Trying to get a four ship of AI aircraft to drop all their bombs on a target. Just can't seem to figure this one out. Any tools or videos I can watch to help figure this out? Even programing an AI flight to "drop all" feature doesn't work. I know I'm missing something. No I do not. I figured it out. Tough one to catch this time. The advertising wasn't straight forward until after the purchase. All good, I'll simply wait until regular release. Wish they would be more forthcoming that this is a beta release. Dang it.

Sorry to bother, But is this perhaps a beta release? I have the updated version on DCS and I'm unable to purchase the Sinai map within DCS. It's simply not an option, it doesn't show up. But..... it's available for purchase on the DCS website. I purchased it there. But when I open the game, refresh the purchase section.... it still doesn't show up. I am very satisfied with the money I paid for a top of the line maingear product and their outstanding customer service. With as much as I work to add another project was just not something I was willing to commit to. Again, I am very happy from my point of view. And again, thank you all for the help.

Hey All, Last year I bought an Alienware R12 with all the trimmings. I mean, top of the line. And it has been a complete and total disaster! After working on this computer for the last year I give up. I'm giving this computer to my boy and it's Time for a new rig. I work too much to build my own. But, I would like this galley's opinion on ready to go, top of the line desktops in order to play DCS at the highest levels. What company/s would you guys recommend? (Obviously I'm staying far away from alienware)..... Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Harbs

SD-10 is a really fast missile folks, no joke. But damn, the SD-10 just can't burn through 4th gen++ electronic containers (ECM suites). Missile in DCS world is a little too lethal to say the least.

Relatively new to DCS. However, I'm having an issue with my wingman in the F-14 not launching off the cat sometimes. Whether I set is up for a "launch from runway" where we start already hooked up to the cat or "start on ramp hot".... either way, sometimes wingman will launch and sometimes they won't. Any thoughts on this one? What am I missing here? Regards, Harbs
