  1. "Play" in the X-65 Throttle I bought an x-65 this week. Yes, there is some lateral play in the throttle, particularly in its split configuration. However, that's only evident when I actually try to wiggle it. During operation, the downward pressure from your hand essentially negates any side-to-side movement. The throttle also tracks well, and you don't for a second think of the unit as fragile or unstable. The stick, of course, is solid as a rock.
  2. Throttle Assignment Thanks a bunch; that did it. I didn't actually have to clear all of my assignments, just the ones related to the throttle. Much obliged.
  3. Hi there. Just downloaded the beta. I have a Thrustmaster T Flight Hotas X, which is recognized by the game when I'm on the axis assignments page. All the basic functions are recognized and pre-assigned, except for the throttle. The default axis for this function is listed as joystick slider 1, which I would assume refers to the only slider on my Hotas; that is, the throttle. However, when I try to tune the throttle, I get no response in the feedback window. I also get no response when I try to manually assign the axis. Took a short hop in an in-flight mission, and sure enough, no throttle control was available. I know from other use that the throttle itself works fine, so I'm wondering if anyone has an idea what the problems might be. I know I shouldn't even be flying yet, but I would like to believe I'll be able to when I'm ready. Thanks in advance.
