The updated mission now picks up the troops, but the mission success still does not register.

I have experienced the same issue. Troops not being picked up and unable to complete the mission. CH47 returns to FOB, I follow and land after CH47. Complete shutdown, end mission. Mission success doesn't register and I have to redo it again with same results.
