Hello everyone, I want to share my bad experience with VIRPIL so you don’t have to go through the same thing. I placed an order over a month ago, and from the start, everything was a disaster. They didn’t have the item in stock despite the website saying otherwise, they didn’t ship the product, and worst of all, they didn’t refund my money. I tried resolving the issue directly with them, but it was useless. The only way to get them to take action was by opening a dispute through PayPal. And what did they do? They blamed me for the dispute and demanded I close it in order to issue a refund. This, aside from being unprofessional, goes against PayPal’s policies and would have left me unprotected if they didn’t follow through. I don’t want anyone else to deal with this situation, especially if you’re looking for peripherals for something as important as a gift or a personal project. There are plenty of other more serious and reliable brands than VIRPIL. I hope this warning helps you avoid the bad experience I went through.
