Lua 5.4.4 is released, it would be very nice if DCS could upgrade to it.

Current Lua version does not support :

string.pack()
string.unpack()

which makes it hard to work with TCP and UDP sockets.

I think 5.4.4 is fully backward compatible with 5.1
