How can i deactivate a module for in DCS World? (A10C module for example)

In multiplayer mission, after a few minutes, crash and appears message "Building" killed red player "User".What mean? And how to avoid?

when i start from ramp, airspeed and altitude indicators on the HUD is flashing.Why?

I set a target in the mission editor and I want to see the target on HUD or on MFCD
