hello again , it seems it was a bug : there were strange things in the game : no music when i started the game , no voices in the training missions , so i 've repaired the installation , and now everything works fine.
Thank for your help Zabuzard , but my engines were off because i couldn't start it without the ground crew (no power available)....
i have installed  the OH-6A mod by Tobsen and Eightball today( unistalled before repairing DCS) , maybe there is a conflict with the F4 , i will try to reinstall it tomorow to see if the problem is here !

Ok....i've tried it....i didn't give attention to this gauge before....and it finally changes everything...thank you very much for your attention!

My bad: on the fuel selector i was putting the larger part of the selector on my desired position....but it was the smaller one!!! thank you!!!😅
