Finally figured this out. Turns out it was a XRNeckSafer json file that was linked in the registry at Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenXR\1\ApiLayers\Implicit
I now have MT running in VR again just have to break my neck to look behind me 😛
