Found the issue. You have to use Standard Infantry assets and not assets from Mods.. Once I changed to Standard default out of the box assets all worked.

I actually have found the answer. There is a clock at the bottom of the Mission Editor Screen. If you click it, all of the Mods are reinstated. I have attached a screen shot.

For the issue I have been dealing with. I read another chain from users in this forum. The following worked for me. I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but it did work for me.
