I had a similar issue on my Varjo Aero. I have used it for the last several years with little issue. I'm on a 4090 with AM4 5800x3D. I did a series of 4 iRacing races and then hopped in the Apache with a buddy for the night and had a great session. Slept, went to work, came home to get a couple more races in and had the issue where the "Headset not connected" appeared in the Varjo Base software. I tried it all, changing USB ports, reboots, driver updates, VB rollbacks, driver rollbacks, BIOS updates (that I almost screwed up, LOL) and finally contacted Varjo Support late last night with a log file submission from the VB software. They replied with the suggestion of running a USB device cleanup tool with a link they provided me and that appears to have worked.
