  1. Hello! I'm trying to get into the swing of things with the Harrier (first/only module, had it a couple weeks so just working through the motions) but I'd like to get some checklists for the kneeboard. I've had a look online and in the DCS User files and I've come across a couple from 2021 and early 2022 but I'm a bit cautious whether these could be out of date due to changes to the module. What, if any, kneeboards do you use for checklists? A few I've found: https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3322010/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3320125/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3063977/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3312141/ https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3327793/ I've had a scan through them all and see the odd difference which is why I thought it's easier to ask and play it safe. Thanks in advance!
  2. Thank you to everyone for your input! Very insightful and I've spent the last two weeks abusing the trial system. Had a good go with everything and I've just now made the decision but I've enjoyed flying the Harrier above the rest, fun to fly (and crash!) but also a cultural passion as I'm British.. so I naturally feel a bit more loving to the Harrier now I've experienced it in-game. Time to really get stuck into it! I was against buying multiple, despite the sale, because I'd end up just splitting my time between them, learning none and never playing again in frustration!
  3. Hi All, Newbie here! I've spent a lot of time on MSFS (until a few months ago as I've had issues with my joystick so I thought, why not treat myself? I've just ordered the HOTAS Warthog which arrives in a couple days! Can't wait to tell the missus...! ) but that got me thinking about flight sims and I want to get into DCS World. I've been wondering what first module to go for. I've been looking through other threads with the same / similar questions to get some ideas and I'm definitely feeling more passionate and interested in either the Harrier or FA18 which I understand has different mission profiles. I am edging towards the Harrier. I'm expecting a steep learning curve either way and I understand it's a very subjective question but I've seen posts (granted, a couple years old but I've not seen anything more recent) which state that the Harrier has plenty of bugs and for one reason or another, isn't a complete module and other things along those lines. Is that the case today? Aside from personal preference, are there any technical reasons why one would pick the FA18 over the Harrier or vice versa? Thanks in advance, hope you're all having a great Christmas.
