I had an issue with my old GPU and received some suggestions from the support group. Their recommendation was a minimum of 8GB of memory. One person said if I could justify the money go for 12GB instead. He also said he liked the GTX 3060 series. I'm attaching a YouTube review I found. It covers 50 different models both 2 and 3 fan models. Because of my smaller case I went with a 2 fan unit. Most of the video focuses on gamers wanting to over clock which I wasn't that interested in learning about. The models are ranked on a chart which I think he covered nicely in the last half of the video where he focused more on cooling capabilities. I looked at ASUS, EVGA, MSI and Gigabyte and because of his rating system I chose to buy a Gigabyte Eagle OC with 12GB of memory. I found a used card on Ebay for $285.00 that a guy had purchased recently and was selling because he thought he wanted to get into more VR gaming and decided on a TI upgrade. The only surprise I had was the ASUS, EVGA and MSI cards had 3 Displayports and one HDMI port. The Gigabyte card had 2 Displayports and 2 HDMI ports. To maximize the cards specifications buy higher end cables. I found cables on Amazon to cost about the same even if they had an 8K spec. A temporary cable I had didn't maximize the video cards specifications like the new ones I bought.
