Sad indeed. I think they should refrain from advertising different dates/times then if that's the case. This post on the hoggit subreddit from ED stated that the sale would continue until 23:59 GMT on the 29th. Unfortunately that is still some time away.

Hello. I'd like to take advantage of the lunar sale and buy a few modules, however the shop is no longer showing the sales/bundles. How would I go about taking part in the sale? Thanks!
