I have a Forcefeel pad and one of the motors is going on max all the time and won't stop vibrating. It starts of directly when I plug it in and no software is on. I need help to fix this.

Im completely green at this but I try here. My forcefeel pad has a problem with one of the motors. It goes in max all the time and that is just when I plugin in. No software is running and I can't get it to stop. Is there a solution for this problem

I got a problem with my Realteus forcefeel. One motor is going on max all the time no matter what I do. Have someone encounter this problem and what was the solution?
