Hmm Okay 2023

Im doing the f14 first tutorial and Im stuck on the "Coordinate with RIO to check his lights". Ive spent ages looking through controls, hitting every random key I could think of, still to no avail. And ive tried all the possibilities on the jester wheel command too. Does anyone know how to do this? thanks
