Got ecm dial to work on multi switch with bios hub by changing lua in dcs bios f18 lua from 0,3116 to 66,3001
Attached photo of how I changed the dcs bio hub reference code as well as the one you copy and paste wouldn't work
Ltd would make lst move and LST made flir move so did the following in dcs bios f18 lua
LST changed from 62,3004 to 62,3003
Ltd i changed beginning to definetoggleswitchtoggleonly2
And changed 62,3003 to 62,3002
Thought I would share for others because I struggled on Google for the answer,,, mayby I suck at searching but now it's here
