In the past, I've experienced problems with DCS where the game crashed, often taking other applications down with it, indicating a potential RAM issue. Recently, during the trial period for Syria, I noticed my RAM usage was extremely high (only 500 MB free out of 32 GB). I waited until I had nearly 9 GB free before joining the game. However, DCS still unexpectedly closes without any error message, and typically, Discord is the only other application that stops working alongside DCS.
