Well yes, but to state something so matter of fact with no real information backing it is not really answering the OP. Should have just not said anything. In fact, most public information on the missile suggests that (bar a huge drag coefficient for some reason).. it has nearly doubled the stated range of 50km even at 10km altitude from mach 1 launch.
