    Lord Akira's post in Ground Steerpoint alway couple feet above the target (SOLVED WITH SATNAV OPTION) was marked as the answer   
    OK PROBLEM SOLVED It came from SATNAV which was not activated in the options
    I leave this topic for those who have the same problem in the future.
     
    Edit : This problem persists on the Normandy map, perhaps because SATAV is not modeled on this map
