Ok, i'll try that then assuming another reinstall doesnt work, ill also go back through the stuff i tried before.

Did both scans and no errors were found, I may try re-buying the module in case its a license issue or something, all i can think of atm.

I already contacted support and they couldn't identify the problem either lol, absolutely no idea what could be causing it its so confusing.

Did a cleanup and slow repair and still no change sadly

I've already tried verifying files on steam multiple times, switched to the non steam version and transferred licenses and repaired that too, issue persisted, what i did to antivirus was just adding exclusions on dcs folders and at one point disabling windows defender/malwarebytes, ive tried local administrator and game reinstall/dlc reinstall as well and nothing worked. the game DLL is definitely there i checked the folder, what do you mean by clean process?
