I rarely autostart because manually starting is quicker, and i find it more enjoyable, but these are some things from memory:
Hardpoint power switches aren't set
CMDS panel is not set up
HMD is not aligned
IFF Master knob needs to be set
Mavericks won't be boresighted
Probably a few other smaller things out there, but these are the main ones.
EDIT: HMCS is not powered on after an auto start.

Have both of you configured your ownship identifier correctly? You should also be careful of other people on the server using the same STN number, it can cause conflicts, but i am unaware on exactly what happens.
Btw much of the TNDL DED page has not been implemented yet, including the FL function.

Might be a redundant question, but have you boresighted your mavericks? You need to do that on every F16 cold start if you want to use TGP handoff.

No worries. You will need to manually press the MFD CZ button in order to CZ with other sensors.
