For quite a while I had flown with the symbology of the IHADSS way up top. I found it was adjustable with DAP and used it to lower the symbology to its lowest setting. However, I'm still having somewhat of an issue with the focal point still a bit high and the heading tape still being fuzzy/out of focus because it sits too high on the VR screen that it can't be seen. I hope DCS will see this and possibly offer it to go a bit lower so we can center up the eye with the LOS reticle. Ideally, it would be nice to align it with your eye, so you're not having to force your natural viewpoint in any direction that is abnormal. I found having to constantly fight looking up through the LOS vs lowering my head while flying to aim or even be able to read the heading tape/WP command heading. Basically, becomes uncomfortable to look to your eyebrows to see one thing, but then look forward again.
I'm running an Oculus Rift S. I've tried repositioning the oculus slightly to see if it would help, but it just positions the VR in a weird way that you can't really fly comfortably with nor see other things because you've now moved the screens and other things are then out of focus.
Second question, maybe I haven't seen the solution for font clarity, I've noticed sitting back in my chair, I can "read" what the words and letters represent on the instrument panels but the MFD's are certainly not as clear as when I move up closer to the panel at about 6 inches way, it clears right up. I'm sure this will require info on my setup, so I've written it below. I've tried probably not well enough to adjust settings, but can't seem to sort that out, and not incur jagged frames
Z390 Aorus Ultra Motherboard
64GB Memory
i7-8700 3.7GHZ
16GB RTX 4080 GPU (recently upgraded - thought it would benefit (which it did), but instead added jagged loading pages and frames while flying sometimes and awful loading, actually don't have a loading page anymore). When I cranked up the settings, jagged things happened and wasn't fun. I dialed it back a bit, seems better but bummed being why would you reduce settings after getting a better GPU for better graphics.
