Hello - I’ve been periodically making my way through this campaign and having a good bit of fun. Thanks for putting this content together GP sims!
I did have a question about Mission 8 though. When I anchor at Marshall, there is an SA-6 that starts tracking me and I wait for Whiplash’s go ahead to enter the target area. However as I approach Jiroft, the SA-6 is still not defeated. I checked the logs after I end the mission and it says the SA-6 shot and hit both F-18s (which I assumed were supposed to take care of it but it doesn’t show them firing at said SA-6).
If I didn’t read the documentation correctly, then please excuse me but am I supposed to take out the SA-6 or continue the mission despite its location? Whiplash mentions a “missile salvo” when anchoring at Marshall but what does that mean?
Any guidance is appreciated on this and thanks for the campaign.
