AI wingman not leaving marshal stack in case 3 landings

Friendly bump. Still can't get normal/basic carrier ATC to work in Supercarrier. Any help would be greatly appreciated -
I have been unable to ever get my AI wingman to land during a case 3 mission. He stays in the marshal stack and never commences. The deck is clear and I can land but he never does. Would anyone have a solution to this? Thanks so much. Wes
