Thread title leads me to ask this here...
I keep reading about lack of response from WINWING regarding customer service.
I tried to place an order for an Orion 2 F18 stick and throttle, but my postal code got rejected.
Placed a couple of tickets in the customer service que, one regarding the initial problem, and the second asking for an estimate on "pre-order" time.
I cannot move forward without WINWING assistance.
Are the other companies(VKB/Virpil) better with customer service?
