  1. You're welcome! Thank you for your great support!
  2. Ok, I solved it! I repeated the previous steps (deleting "TEMP/DCS", rename "Saved Games/DCS/MissionEditor"), and followed an advice given in the other thread to change one random thing in the pilot logbook. That seems to have it all fixed! Thank you very much, Flappie!
  3. I renamed the whole MissionEditor folder, and now DCS is in a pristine condition. And I deleted the TEMP\DCS folder, once again, just to make sure. But it is still stuck. I'm running DCS with my own user (who is in the "Administrators" group, I guess). But no elevation prompt or anything like it happens, so I assume it is running with the restricted user privileges. BTW, I'm using Windows 11 23H2. Thank you, again!
  4. Thank you Flappie! I tried that, but the mission load is still stuck at "Sim PostStart"...
  5. Hi all, My installation is DCS World Steam Edition, with added Marianas, Supercarrier, F/A-18 and Heatblur F-14. These are my symptoms: When I select the F/A-18 "Case I Recovery" mission (not Training, but Mission), the simulator gets to Sim PostStart and then freezes. I let it sit in that state for at least half an hour, so it is not just a delay in the loading process. The funny thing is, that when I disable the Supercarrier mod, the same mission loads fine (but I cannot land on the carrier because it denies my requests). This started like two weeks ago, or so. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you! dcs.log
