Customer Support, Any advice on how to reset my password so that I can login to the DCS website? The standard method does not work. If it can't be done, I'll simply create a new account. Thank you.

Greetings, It has been a year or more since I purchased the A-10 beta. I want to buy Black Shark 2 and Flaming Cliffs 3, but I can't login to do that. I have requested a password reset using both my username and email address several times and I don't get any response. I'm stuck. :helpsmilie:
