  1. I´m already flying the F-1 in trial. I like it, it has a lot of feeling... i need to pull harder on the stick than in the F-5. It is more complex too, i got warnings every two minutes! lol but i guess its a matter of getting deeper in the manual once i buy it. There is though a very anoying thing that i didn´t remember from the last trial and it could be a no go for this plane for me... i understand the realism ( i like it) but they should have an option to avoid the insane amount of switch covers in the plane. If they did it with the landing gear and the gun trigger, why don´t do it with the rest???
  2. Hi!! I think it´s not possible to try it yet, anyway if i need to pick one between two seaters i would pick the Tomcat xD Thanks for your comment!!
  3. Thank you all!! Yeah, its a tough one! The F-14(probably the best module on the game and a beauty) i think it´s gonna be too complex for me. In a couple of days i can try the F-1 and then the F-14 again, lets see how i feel them this time. I love the F-1 also, the lines , the flying... and obviously when im talking about BVR im thinking on the M version, that i guess can be bit better,. But there is a point that matters a lot to me and is why im loving the F-5 so much....the clear cockpit, i mean the canopy. It is the reason im not flying more the A-4E, cos i feel like in a cave..., does this make sense to you? For that matter Mig is the winner and i love it as well, and the radar it looks more simple than the F-1 (although in the F-1M can be better than it is now) and i can probably get used to the F-1 canopy....decisions, decisions! xD
  4. Hi folks! It´s been already a bit more than a year since i started in the fligth sim stuff, for the record... i still have two left hands for flying! xD Among the little things i learned is that i don´t like "Fly By Wire" and i love cold war planes, and that´s why i love my only full fidelity plane, our beloved F-5. My approach to this hobby is not get my hangars full of planes, but to fly two, may be three (max) planes that i like and try to be fairly competent on them, and even try to make a nice deskpit for the one i pick as a main. It´s been a while now that something is attracting me to learn...BVR combat, and given the fact that that´s not possible with the F-5...i tried the F-14, the Mirage F-1 and the Mig 29 (obviously the FC one) and i like them all with pros and cons! Which one do you think is the best choice for my second plane? I would love to hear you thoughts and opinions! Cheers!!
  5. Thanks a lot for your time mate! I tried some of the ideas you told me yesterday, but it was late, i was tired and i was not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel! lol Today i decided to try something more drastic xD ...... I´ll keep all your ideas just in case something similar it happens again! Happy Skies!!
  6. New installation done, throttle already bound, and working like a charm. I just have a couple of maps and the FF F-5 (well, and the Su-27), so it was quite fast. Thank you all for your help, above all to you Max!
  7. The throttle works fine with othe modules and with BMS, and in the winwing simapp ligth up all the buttons as it should. I binded the keyboard for control. When the mission starts, the keybindings on the keyboard are working, and if i put the handles on idle with the throttle is working as well. But as soon as i use the throttle, the keybindings doesn´t work anymore neither to put the handles back on cut off. I guess there is something messing with the buttons JOY_BTN1 and JOY_BTN2. Anyway , i´m not by any means and IT guy, actually i´m the opposite lol, I unistalled de game and i am right now installing it from the scratch...hopefully the problem its solved!!
  8. Hi mate, i tried with no luck. But i even tried bind the cut off to the keyboard and it doesn´t work neither!!. Hopefully some Dev can take a look on this. Anyway, noboby notice this? Dont you have the same issue?
  9. Here is the track. I can do everything with the throttle but cutting off the engines. Every thing is well binded and working, but the throttle won´t go back from idle to cut off. Throttles doesn´t cut off.trk
  10. Ah! Yes, for sure it lights up as well !! I can make a video with the phone! xD I´m spanish, and here they copied the original term from the end of WW2, for another baby boom we had in the 70´s ....so, around here...stil a boomer! lol
  11. Boomer things!! lol Do you mean in the test simapp? if you mean that, they do, they light up correctly in every button/possition
  12. yes, it is like it always was, and it was working
  13. Sorry mate, not a computer guy here...is this icture helping?
  14. Hi, i didn´t bother for some time but now this is driving me nuts! Hopefully there is a silly thing that i can´t spot. I got the Orion2 throttle. I binded the off-idle on the back detent of the throttle, it works as a 4 buttons. everything is well binded in the game, and i can see everthing working in the simapp and the green lights when i move the thottle on and off, but the handles wont go back to the off possition. I start the mission fine, the handles are in off position, i move them to idle, start the engines, but they are not going back to the off possition to shut down the engines. Any Ideas??
  15. this is the end of the axis, but it works as two buttons per handle actually it says Btn1, Btn2, Btn30, Btn31. It was working fine some time ago, i guess i messed up with something that i shouldn´t, but it works fine in BMS same off/idle thing, and i just tried with the SU-27 and it works too
