I tried the second mission again and still no go, have those changes been uploaded? I deleted the campaign and downloaded it again but still can't progress, only tried mission 2 however. Hi! I'm coming back for some Persian Freedom action after almost 2 years, love the campaign! However, I've been experiencing the same, Mission 2 near WP 6, don't have the option to contact Whiplash, same happens in Mission 6 when the prompt to press space bar appears after making sure we are set to receive and transmit to Whiplash (haven't tried missions in order this time, as I'm replaying some missions). I have tried VHF in preset, channel 1, also in manual, freq 51.5 and in FM 51.5.
