  1. Thought I would update this post for the moderators, as I believe it can be closed. It appears I was doing a few things wrong when setting up this mission. 1. As per Steph21 comments above, don't load the 530 missiles when you are carrying AG ordnance (Thanks for that tip). 2. Have a slight dive angle towards the target to get a successful release of the GBU. 3. If you intend on using a JTAC for lasing targets, minimize the amount of waypoints for the airborne drone (ie./ place unit down and give it a single WP over the target). 4. When using an airborne drone to lase, set the last WP to "Orbit", as it seems to maintain lock better on the targets below it. NOTE: If you have it in "Race Track mode", it tends to break lock in the turn and thus why the bombs were missing (no laser LOS/no target). Hope this info helps someone else out, as I lost a lot of hair today
  2. ok, thanks for info, will do EDIT: No good, bombs are still dropping long so unless it's an environmental/cloud issue where it might be masking the laser from the JTAC reaper drone, then I'm not sure. Might have to do more testing with a vehicle asset and see if I can get it to work.
  3. Just tried it with the 2 different types of 500Lbs and the 1000Lbs GBU and did the same thing, missed target by a long way. So not sure what it's doing as never played the Mirage prior to 2.7.0. I have also removed the MIST and CTLD scripts for auto-lase and used the DCS in-game JTAC auto-lase and the weapons are still missing the target.
  4. DCS Version: 2.7.0 Hi, I am noticing the GBU-12 laser guided bomb is not tracking to the target as it should be. I have created a basic mission and have setup MIST/CTLD script by ciribob to do the Auto-Lasing function. I have tried both Air and Ground based JTAC [Code 1688] and neither seem to guide the weapon in correctly. I have followed Mudspikes LGB delivery procedure for the Mirage and on initial pass, I can see the steering wings appear when I select Magic Slave/AG designate. However I do not get the CCRP horizontal line or any distance to target info on the HUD. I then fly out ~15miles, turn around, repeat the process and this time get the CCRP horizontal line cue, however the GBU misses the target. I did read some posts from awhile ago saying the GBU-12's were bugged, therefore can you confirm this is still the case? Setup profile -Fly into target at 10000Ft -Radar is in EM mode, Radar Alt On and Radar option selected -Master Mode on and select EL1 with TAS enabled (even tried it with RS). -Number of bombs to release is set to 01 and fuzing set to INST -Select CMD FWD and got the diamond on the HUD as expected. -Pointed aircraft nose at the target on ground (smoking column) and selected Magic Slave/AG designate and observed the steering wings on the diamond -Pulled back up to 10000ft and flew over target (however never saw CCRP horizontal line cue or ranging information in the HUD). Regards
  5. That's weird as I saw a YT INS tutorial from the Grim Reapers and he was able to do that in Feb this year. Doesn't really make sense as to why you would align an INS to a different WP other than the one your at. Guess I will stack WP0 and WP1 on top of each other in the ME.
  6. Incorrectly posted, therefore please remove. regards
  7. I had a similar issue and it ended up being two things: 1. I didn't have my router ports forwarded correctly and found this useful guide Port Forwarding Help Guide 2. I was using a VPN program call Comodo as a workaround initially when I got this game, however once I sorted out the Port forwarding issue, I forgot to disable Comodo. I disabled Comodo Unite adapter LAN connection through Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings. After that was done, people could see my hosted Internet missions in the DCS World lobby and connect/play successfully. Good luck
  8. no worries mate, thanks for all ya efforts
  9. Hi Dragon, Firstly great work on the maps to date, as I have had fun playing them in MP. I do not have DCS Black Shark and was wondering if you could tweak Hardcore Terrorists to enable the A-10/SU-25T drivers to move closer to the FLOT once FARP 1 is secured. If you could setup some kind of trigger that moves all the FC2 air assets from Sukhumi to Guduata would be awesome. I am not sure if this can be done, however would sure appriecate it if you can. Thanks in advance, and keep up the good work Cheers and Beers Sledge
  10. Confirmed, same for me and also does it with the latest patch 1.2.1
