Hey, quick update as to what i've been trying. I tried the windows repair with the ISO, and although it seemed to help initially, I am still crashing (see attached new log). I've run long CPU and GPU stress tests and both seem to be fine power wise, i have tried to downclock the GPU and it dident seem to do anything. I'm still messing around with some of the BIOS settings that were mentioned, but I still need to do more testing on those. Having process Lasso seems to also not make any difference. If all else fails my next step was to try a different GPU. I think I still have a old GTX 970 sitting around somewhere...dcs.log I'd like to just thank yall so much for your suggestions, this seems to be an extremely persistent error and i'd be kind of lost without advice, Thanks!

Hey, I have been having some pretty extreme crashing in DCS over the past few days. I have reached out to both ED support and asked on the discord, but nothing i have tried helped. I'm getting the error DX device removed. Reason: 0x887A0006 (see attached file) and then a crash. Sometimes i can get a hourish of gameplay in, sometimes I crash instantly, I haven't been able to make much logic out of it. I have tried a registry edit, full DCS install, full driver install, editing my NVidia and windows control panel settings, repairing windows, messing with my DCS settings ect ect.... Pretty much every possible thing. My GPU works fine in all other games, and overclocking or heat is not an issue (i have even tried pretty aggressive downclocks) If anyone could please take a look and give some advice on what i should try.
