  1. solved
  2. I ran the exception of the entire DCS WORLD folder, and it restarted but with terrible performance, I think I will have to do a repair. Anyway thanks
  3. already done
  4. Latest DCS patch 2.9.9.2406, unable to launch DSC, Windows Defender blocks execution file DCS.exe
  5. I changed my video card from NVidia to AMD, why when I launch DCS, the NVidia logo still appears on the first screen?
  6. Unfortunately, following the mandatory upgrades, the minimum hardware requirements were raised, when I purchased the modules 3 years ago the requirements were acceptable, then we were talking about 6GB of VRAM, now 8GB is needed. “Would you buy a car that requires an engine change every 3 years? Now these unwanted alarms are starting again, but what is this stuff? I just cleared the alarm history and here we go again... no thanks, after 15 years my adventure with DCS ends here. Thanks for your help Ciao, Bye
  7. Same settings under DCS Standalone, I get a 65-5 FPS, with beautiful slides.
  8. This is the LOG of the "DCS account", I don't know where to look for the one of "Steam account" However, for both versions, the Windows10 Defender antivirus now blocks the APP. but I have allowed exceptions in the Windows Firewall, hoping that they are really false positives. E:\DCS World\bin-mt\DCS.exe D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DCSWorld\bin\DCS.exe also blocks for both versions the files ..\bin and ..\bin-mt ...\ModelViewer2.exe” On "Steam" I have an acceptable and stable FPS of 40-42 fps with max resolutions. For the rest on DCS account it's very frustrating, I'm on the verge of canceling everything and going back to flying with FS2020 or Xplane12. Anyway, thanks for the support Bye, ciao screen from Steam account autoupdate_log.txt
  9. I reinstalled the "Standalone" many times, tested the card's dedicated settings in the Panel Control, and tried various drivers, strange to say even the initial drive of the card dated 2017 ver. 378.78 and with DCS it works at maximum resolution, but obviously unsuitable for the rest of the programs. In the end just out of curiosity I installed DCS on "Steam" and it works at Max resolutions, as you can see something doesn't add up, and given that I'm not a Steam fan. If you have any suggestions, they will be very welcome. Thanks, bye
  10. Since for technical reasons I was forced to switch to the "Steam" platform, the modules purchased from DCS account are not all recognized by "Steam" unless you buy them again from "Steam account". ex: DCS: SupercarrierDCS – DCS:Syria Map – DCS: Su-33 for DCS World - DCS: P-51D Mustang. Bottom line, if you want to stay with the DCS account you have to upgrade the hardware, whereas on "Steam" you have to buy the modules again. Since the DCS updates are only mandatory in one direction, I can't keep updating my PC continuously, and for my part, for my financial budget I can only do a hardware upgrade, but best regards to future modules, it's It was nice but the DCS adventure ends here. bye
  11. I have a 6GB Nvidia 1060 card and it has always worked fine until now, but now it's unplayable. I switched to "Steam" and it started working very well again at maximum resolutions, but apparently it's not obsolete hardware, otherwise it wouldn't have worked on the other platform like Steam. But now I have the problem of the modules, not all are compatible. If I am forced to upgrade my hardware, I think it will be difficult to purchase future modules. For how many time could I use them, for each future patch will be terrifying. Thanks bye
