Game crashes when i try and start mission in VR

works fine in 2D -
I can get past mission generation, and it gets to the splash screen where it has the start button, but at that point it goes to a black screen and crashes crash log added dcs.log-20250411-103417.zip

Is there a list of what all the options are for character customisation, so I can go into the description.lua in the livery folder to do it myself?
