I had a similar problem but it was solved. I unplugged all the USB cables from the PC. When I plugged the Varjo Aero USB cable into a different USB port, the USB driver was reinstalled. It may also be effective to delete the USB driver with usbdeview-x64 and reinstall it. Best of luck.
