Good news guys, after 2h study the mission i got it repair and today it works fine problem is somehow the file turned into 55MB! That's crazy. Well as draconus was saying you just need to move the start area (the grey one not the blue) to the place were a guy coming from the other side of the land area is coming (insurgent box red), when this guy reachs the start area the cars start moving fine
