We have comprehensive training plans and systems designed to enhance each pilot's proficiency in their selected airframe.
Our missions are structured methodically:
Tailor-made missions are reviewed by our squadrons to evaluate objectives. Each squadron selects their objectives and plans their flight, culminating in a large coordinated operation on Sundays.
The NA 33rd benefits from human GCI using LotATC, with training available for those interested. Controllers operate on a rotation to ensure no single individual is overburdened unless they choose otherwise.
