Definitely, having the exact same issue. Have tried 8 times using auto-laser, trigger, making 100% sure there are zero clouds in the way, double checked codes, using all the different TGP tracking modes, etc. Bombs simply won't pick up the laser and track. Luckily it's not required for progression, but still annoying. Probably (?) not a campaign issue though, I imagine.
